She currently works as Field Technician in Project Wildlife and Coordination Assistant in the Madrean Discovery Expeditions of the Greater Good Organization within the Sonoran sky island region.

Biologist and herpetologist specializes in the distribution of the genus Phrynosoma. She is currently Road Ecologist for the Wildlands Network Mexico Program. Lover of the Sonoran sky island region.
Lara Cornejo
Biologist, specialist in the study of socio-ecosystems associated with riparian environments in arid zones. Develops research on land use change and provision of ecosystem services. Cactaceae and scientific dissemination enthusiast. Founder of the Plantas Desierto Sol project. Environmental activist and collaborator of the Red Fronteriza de Salud y Ambiente A.C.

Conservation biologist in the Sonoran Sky Islands. She is currently the Road Ecology Coordinator for Wildlands Network’s Mexico Program, a member of the IUCN Transboundary Conservation Specialist Group, an ambassador for the Latin American chapter of Women for Wildlife, a level 3 wildlife tracker from Cybertracker and a lover of butterflies.
